We formulate a road map which describes the project activities of the Systems in place and proposed, while respecting User Acceptance, and Security compliance progressively and at higher levels of detail as the systems are developed.

The strategy and road map provides guidance for the management of activities, including organization IT needs, Vendor relationships, and company responsibilities. Our business focused procedures may be included in the Plan or in a separate document, depending on company size. We assist in developing the holistic Plan which fits your company’s overall IT necessity.
